The Green Devils were a group of Elite German Fallschirmjagers (Paratroopers) during WW2.

We are a paintball scenario unit based in the Kansas City area. Our unit was originally created by a group of area firefighters that played on the weekends for fun. We have been playing paintball for about 6 or 7 years on a five acre field owned by one of our members.

The Green Devils are an elite scenario unit with way over 150 years of combined experience. Heads have started turning in the scenario paintball realm. We have received many compliments from field owners and game promoters. People ask for our unit by name to attend their games because of our members and reputation. Our members have been voted Most Valuable Players, Best Sportsmanship and are repeatedly asked to return for future games. We play our game with pride, safety, and honor at all times. We are big promoters of safety and try to serve as role models for our younger players. Our unit consists of eighteen members. Several of our members are also NRIPA (National Refs in Play Association) players.

We have started our planning stages for next year. The game lists have not came out yet But there is a  game brewing that should be one of the largest scenarios in the midwest. I will keep info posted on this event soon.

Promoting Safety, Sportsmanship, and Comradship is what the Green Devils are all about.  With that in mind we have started a new branch of the team: the Young Green Devils!

YGD players are required to maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA in school, perform community service, and play honerably and safely at Scenarios or Tournaments.  (Year I know honor & safety at speedball will be a disadvantage!)  Having launched the team only a few days ago, we already have added 4 young men to our ranks.

Why do it?  Our thinking is this:  Youngsters often times are brought to scenarios by parents and dropped off or mom and dad have no PB experience.  These kids then wander about without directions, often being ignored by older players and teams.  With no one to teach them about safety and honor, how will they ever learn and appreciate the difference between what sets woods or scenario ball apart from our distant speedball cousins?  Additionally, it allows us to ensure that when I'm to d**n old to play, TGD will have someone to fill my shoes and carry on our tradition of Safety, Fun and HONOR.

So welcome to the team YOUNG GREEN DEVILS!

Man it's been a while since this thread has been used, the TGD have added some new members to say the least all high caliber players, hand picked out of the Mobs of new players showing up to the TOD (series of WWII games most of the TGD play). we've played almost an entire season since the last time this thread was used. We have plans to go out of state next year, and play a MOUNT game in Alabama, I think were planning a return to D-day, the TOD is blowing up in size at it's Core games.

What happened to the 24th grenadiers are they no longer a sponsored team, I only ask because i don't see thier spot on the board.

KT and time you want demo so new toys out in the field i would be happy to do the work (cough, cough, presurized mines, cough)

For some reason I am incredibly scared of the idea that you would get to play with anything that is a mine on the field...I don't want to be taken out by my own teammate! hehe.

However, I been surfing this site...and am affraid my wallet will now suffer from it!  Lots of new toys here I can play with! *sings toys r us song* lol
