Issue with throat mic
« on: December 22, 2012, 04:57:45 AM »
I have bought a cobra radio combo and have the throat mic and special forces ear piece attachment. I can hear well through the ear piece but the throat mic is not making any clear words. I tried speaking loudly and the other person couldn't hear a word I was saying. Does anyone have some advice. These are brand new and just arrived. Does any one know what sort of quality these mics are? Value for money?

ive been contemplating on getting one of these. try to speak slower and not as loud and see if that will work. also, try to reposition the mic into a different area.
