A5 RAP-4 Flexiair issues.

Hi Guys, I decided to keep modding my main A5 and I chose the RAP4 flexiair.

As a few internet searches suggested issues with the flexible hose I went for the end cap only and added braided hose and elbows.this kit is a cut-down version of what they intend to use on the tamco magfed upgrade. MK5 INTERNAL AIR THROUGH UPGRADE KIT. THIS is the cause of my issues.

IT HAS BEEN A DRAMA!!! even had the part replaced. The main problem was that the badly tapped and drilled air exit hole was coming into the end cap above the o-ring, preventing a seal.

Managed to work around this by Loctiting in a CO2 inline on/off. Now it's all airtight and ready to go...... But now i hear a very small new hissing. turns out it's from where they have plugged the old exit port. you can see in this picture where I've put a drop of loctite in hope that may improve the seal.

If this doesn't work I have no clue what to do. It's getting expensive returning the parts to rap4 from New Zealand
