I've adjusted the velocity on my RAP 68 by turning the hex head screw 3 1/2 turn CCW (it was screwed right in to start with). My question is how many turns for full power & does the screw come to a stop or keep turning until it comes out. The screw is really stiff & if you stop turning it sticks a bit, once you get it going again its fine, I've had it screwed out 7 turns CCW.
