And because they don't want to embark on an expensive new mag production, it'll be a bullpup that uses a conventional magazine layout that's compatible with DMAGs and T68 Mags...which means bullpup assault rifles only. Bullpup PDWs ala the P90 or even a pistol grip fed PDW like the MP-7 simply won't be an option. My vote would be for the Steyr Aug though...it has the most distinguished combat record of the bullpups in question, and it's arguably the most modular of the bullpup designs currently out there (LMG, Sniper, CQC, Para SMG variants among others).
