I was wondering if I could use milsig fast mags on a tactical web belt or molle pouches
I don't want to bother with thigh pouches or tactical vests
Any suggestions?

You can use them on a MOLLE platform, but a waist belt would probably be a bad idea. The snaps on them are not installed so great, and if you bent at the waist and applied pressure on them the snaps might... snap.
