Outlaw Paintball this weekend!

Anyone remember the old days of Angels Camp, Copperopolis, and the cement factory?

I miss those games so I'm taking a bunch of newbies up to the Sacramento Delta outside Discovery Bay this weekend (Feb 19th 2011) to barbeque and use my stockpile of old pro-lites in a few scenario games.  We'll be playing in an abandoned farmstead or on the islands, depending on how many people we get.  There may also be a night game on Friday if I can find enough players and we're not too drunk!

no charge, just bring your own gear and a good attitude.  I have bulk co2 for all.

Operation SoCal CounterStrike

    Bandits Splat Productions is proud to announce:
    Operation SoCal CounterStrike

    A two-day introduction to scenario that will encompass the following:
    Day 1: Basic Training with MagFed, Pump and Pistols only
    Day 2: Deployment will be open to all markers

    RAP4 T68 MagFed markers will be available for rent with option to purchase.

    This event will be a bring your own paint event. However, RAP4 branded paint will only be used by the T68 magfed rental markers at $30 per 2000 round case. RAP4 branded paintballs have been formulated to be exclusively used by the T68 marker.

    RAP4 MagFed conversion kits for the Tippmann 98, A5 and X7 will be available soon. You can order your conversion kit through the Bandit Splat Paintball store, so you can join us for this awesome low cost event.

    This scenario will be tentatively set in May 2011, exact date to be determined and the field is in the works. The event will be no more than $50 dollars for entire weekend, including air and dinner on Saturday night. Camping, raffles, vendors etc. to be announced.

    This event is an introduction to scenario world.

PlayExtremeSports in Corpus Christi Texas is hosting a force on force battle. The first Black Void game was enjoyed by the players who attended and thus the field is taking the event again this year. I lead a team myself and are working with Team Point Blank to ensure this game will be better than the last.

Idea behind, 2 missions with a Killzone theme. Flag control and hidden items, with the following mission after intermission using smoke bombs to be lit to act as victory points with a final objective to finish it off. The field is still getting things set up and is accepting registration either in person or on their site.

Game Day August 26th
Location: PlayExtremeSports in Corpus Christi, between staples and weber on highway 286.
Price: Entry & Air with a small gift certificate to the store- $45.00 per person.
Start time at 9:00 AM for captains meet, with game starting at 9:30 AM.
Intermission break after first mission.

The Operation Black Void 2 game has been moved to September 9th. Please though register early via PlayExtremeSports website. The field has a variety of paint to choose from and the field requires paint be bought on sight and no outside paint. Missions will still be the same in flag control and bomb, with an added endgame objective of Reserve Flag. For those still showing up on the previous date we are hosting a mini game scenario.
