It should be within the same law as airsoft.
I do believe that Rap4 is legal in all States of the u.s.
There should not be worry about this.
Rap4,Rap5's fall inbetween paintball and airsoft.
But due to thier realism, I would classify under airsoft rules.
Lots of people in PA have airsoft guns.
Therefore Rap4's are legal.
